Dr. Dayi Chen is the CEO of PowerOnMe. With a Ph.D. in electrocatalysis and fuel cell materials, and over eight years of postdoctoral research experience in microfluidics and ion transport, she brings deep scientific expertise to the company's core technology. Her interdisciplinary background uniquely positions her to lead innovation at the intersection of energy conversion and device miniaturization, two key challenges in the development of bio-integrated fuel cells. Beyond the lab, Dr. Chen is a committed entrepreneur. She is a member of the Venture Lab entrepreneur community at the University of Pennsylvania. At PowerOnMe, she leads both the scientific direction and the company’s go-to-market and funding strategy.
Dr. Yiming Wang
CTO & Co-Founder
Dr. Yiming Wang is the co-founder and CTO of PowerOnMe LLC. Dr. Wang holds both BS and PhD degrees in chemical engineering and is an accomplished computational chemist with six years of postdoctoral experiences at Princeton University and the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Wang brings expertise in multiscale molecular modeling and AI-driven materials discovery. Within our team, he will lead the development of computational models and methods for catalyst screening and fuel cell optimization.
Dr. Dan Luo
COO, CFO, & Co-Founder
Dr. Dan Luo is a co-founder of PowerOnMe LLC, where she serves as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. Dr. Luo is a highly accomplished scientist and entrepreneur, holding a PhD in Neuroscience and having completed extensive postdoctoral research at the University of Pennsylvania. Throughout her academic career, she has consistently demonstrated strong leadership by mentoring graduate and undergraduate students, as well as leading multiple interdisciplinary research projects in neuroscience and biomedical innovation. At PowerOnMe, she leads the company’s operational management, financial strategy, and regulatory compliance. Her multidisciplinary expertise and proven leadership are critical assets to the company's growth and success.
